Terms of Service
Last updated August 19, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of StudioFlow, a workspace for Roblox creators operated by SunStave. Please read them before using the service.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using StudioFlow — at studioflow.sunstave.com, accounts.sunstave.com, or through the StudioFlow Studio plugin — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use StudioFlow.
Certain features may come with additional rules, limits, or documentation presented within the product. Where those are clearly presented, they form part of your agreement with us alongside these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use StudioFlow. If you are using StudioFlow on behalf of a team or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that team or organization to these Terms.
If local law sets a minimum age for agreeing to terms like these, or for independently entering into a paid subscription, you confirm you meet it, or that a parent or guardian has reviewed and authorized your use of StudioFlow, including any paid plan.
3. Description of StudioFlow
StudioFlow is a software-as-a-service workspace for Roblox creators. Depending on your plan, it may provide project management, planning tools (blueprints and roadmaps), task tracking, asset storage, AI-assisted generation features, a project assistant, Roblox account and experience integrations, a companion Roblox Studio plugin, and team collaboration tools.
We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially reduces the value of a paid plan, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know through the product, email, or a notice on our website.
4. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account, whether or not you personally performed it, except to the extent caused by our failure to meet our own security obligations.
- Do not share your password or session with anyone else.
- Do not create an account to impersonate another person or entity.
- Do not create accounts for the purpose of abusing free plan limits, promotions, or credit allowances.
- Tell us promptly at contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
5. Roblox integration
StudioFlow is an independent, third-party service. It is not Roblox, and it is not operated, sponsored, endorsed, or officially affiliated with Roblox Corporation unless we say so explicitly. Any Roblox-related trademarks referenced in StudioFlow belong to their respective owners.
When you connect a Roblox account or link a Roblox experience, you must comply with Roblox's own Terms of Use, Community Standards, Developer/Creator policies, and API terms. StudioFlow's "Roblox Verified" indicator means only that we confirmed your Roblox identity through Roblox's own OAuth sign-in process — it is not a statement from Roblox and does not imply Roblox's endorsement of your account or activity.
We are not responsible for, and have no control over: Roblox account suspensions or moderation actions, Roblox API outages or rate limits, changes to Roblox's APIs or policies, or removal of features Roblox previously made available to third parties. If Roblox changes or discontinues something StudioFlow relies on, related functionality in StudioFlow may stop working, and we'll address it as reasonably as we can, but we cannot guarantee continued compatibility.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use StudioFlow to:
- Break applicable law, or facilitate fraud or payment abuse;
- Circumvent subscription limits, usage credits, or rate limits, including through multiple accounts;
- Attack, disrupt, scrape excessively, or attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure or other users' data;
- Upload malware or code intended to compromise systems;
- Impersonate another person, harass or threaten others, or upload unlawful content;
- Infringe another party's intellectual property rights;
- Exploit bugs for unauthorized advantage rather than reporting them to us; or
- Reverse engineer protected portions of StudioFlow except where applicable law gives you the right to do so despite this restriction.
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, up to and including suspension or termination as described in Section 12.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the project data, text, files, and other content you upload or create in StudioFlow ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of it simply because you use our service.
You grant SunStave a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, back up, and display Your Content, and — where you request it through a specific feature — to transform it (for example, when you ask StudioFlow to expand a task or draft a blueprint section from your notes), solely to operate, maintain, and improve StudioFlow. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from StudioFlow, except for residual copies retained in backups for a limited period, or where retention is required for security, legal, or accounting reasons as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Generated content
Generated output is not professional, legal, financial, or security advice. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and deciding whether and how to use it. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or free of third-party intellectual property claims. We are not liable for decisions you make based on generated content.
9. Intellectual property
StudioFlow's software, website, branding, logos, interface designs, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by SunStave or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and any active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use StudioFlow for your own project work. This does not give you any ownership interest in StudioFlow itself.
10. Subscriptions and paid plans
StudioFlow offers a Free plan and paid plans (currently Pro and Studio) with different project limits, monthly usage credit allowances, and feature access. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page and may be offered monthly or annually. Prices, plan names, and included limits may change; where required, we will give you notice before a change affects your active subscription's renewal.
Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider, Paddle, which may charge applicable taxes based on your location. Paddle's own terms also apply to the payment transaction itself. Usage credits are an allowance for consuming generation features, not a currency, and are described further in the product and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Automatic renewal
Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, paid subscriptions automatically renew for another period of the same length (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, charged to your payment method on file. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation stops future renewal but does not, by itself, refund the current period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to StudioFlow, or to specific features, where reasonably necessary to address security risks, fraud, abuse, violations of these Terms, payment failures, legal requirements, or risks to other users or our infrastructure. Where a violation is not serious, we will generally try to give you an opportunity to correct it first; for serious abuse (including security threats or illegal activity) we may act immediately.
If your account is terminated, your right to use StudioFlow ends, and any active subscription will be handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We do not promise a refund upon termination except where that policy, applicable law, or an express exception from us provides one.
13. Refunds
Our full refund terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: unless applicable law, our payment provider's rules, or an exception we expressly grant say otherwise, payments for StudioFlow are generally non-refundable.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StudioFlow is provided "as available" and "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that StudioFlow will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser; that any particular feature, integration, or third-party dependency (including Roblox-related functionality) will remain available indefinitely; or that AI-generated output will be accurate. Nothing in this section limits any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SunStave will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of StudioFlow, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SunStave's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of StudioFlow will not exceed the amount you paid to SunStave for StudioFlow in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where, and to the extent, applicable law prohibits limiting liability for a particular type of claim (for example, in some jurisdictions, liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury cannot be limited).
16. Indemnification
Where permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend and indemnify SunStave against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from: your unlawful use of StudioFlow; Your Content; your violation of these Terms; or your infringement of a third party's rights. We will give you notice of any such claim we become aware of and reasonable cooperation in its defense.
17. Third-party services
StudioFlow integrates with third-party services, including Roblox, our payment provider (Paddle), and our AI provider(s). Each has its own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or availability, except to the extent required by applicable law.
18. Changes to the service
We may modify, add to, or discontinue parts of StudioFlow over time as described in Section 3. Where legally permitted, your continued use of StudioFlow after a material change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of it.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as an in-product notice or an email to the address on your account, before the change takes effect.
20. Governing law and disputes
SunStave operates from India. Except where applicable law requires otherwise — including mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence, which remain unaffected — these Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If a specific city or forum applies to your relationship with us, we will confirm it in an update to this section.
